この日モーリちゃんの父に届いた本（Alibrisから）。
☆William C. Falkner, The White Rose of Memphis: A Novel (1881; rpt. with Introduction by Robert Cantwell, New York: Coley Taylor, 1953)
これは『響きと怒り』などで有名な南部作家William Faulkner のおじいさんWilliam C[lark]. Falkner [Colonel Falkner] の小説。日本で持っていたのは20世紀初めのリプリント版で、版が摩耗したので組みなおした、みたいなことが書かれていたと記憶しています。よく読まれた一種のベストセラーだった。この戦後のリプリント版は初版にのっとって、その後の流布版が改めてしまった綴りや文法のlocalismを保持したというようなことをイントロ（20ページを超す長文、まだちゃんと読んでいない）で語っています。暇と力があったら訳したいのだが。

このエイカーズというひとは同じ出版社からFirst & Foremost: A Guide to Northern California's Independent Bookstores (1996) という本も出していて、同時に注文したのだけれど、それは1994年に初めてサンフランシスコとベイエリアに来たときに、最初の日にPowellの本屋（当時の『地球の歩きかた』に載っていた、今はない）で小さな古本屋案内書を買って、大いに古本屋めぐりをしたのだが、その本をもってくるのを忘れ、でも新しい版があるかと街の本屋や大学の書籍部をのぞいて見つからず、ネットで調べたときに「Northern California」と「Old Books」みたいな検索でいくつか出てきたなかにこの本があった。AmazonのReviewでは、古書店を扱っていないのが不満、みたいなコメントがあって、あ、じゃあこっちの本が古本を扱っているのかあと同時に注文したのがこの『（この本以外は）何も新しいものを買っちゃダメ』。しかし本屋についてではなくて、服や家具や玩具が主でした。それでも、Albany 近辺のお店やFlea Market （蚤の市）情報も載っているのでよしとします。

この日San Jose のBookBuyers Online からAlibrisを通してモーリちゃんの父に届いた本。

これが1994年にサンフランシスコのPowell Streetの本屋で買った、ポケット判の古本屋案内（と同じ本）です。ボロボロというかバラバラになるまで使いました。この1993年のは第7版となっていますが、どうやら、これを最後にして新版はつくられなかったようです。

モーリちゃんの父がUCBに行って帰ってきたら届いていた本。二つ箱で届いていました。実はインターネットが14日につながって最初のころに頼んだ注文で、なかなかこないので心配していたのでした。

上のは1902年の17巻本Harrison版を11巻（ハリソン版の1巻目の伝記と17巻目の書簡が第11巻になっているはず）に同年に編みなおしたもの。ハリソン編と言いながら、なかなかオリジナル、あるいは完全リプリントのAMS Press版、はなかなか見つからないです。昔学生のころに本郷通りの赤門前の古本屋の棚の上に3万円ぐらいであったときに買っておけばよかった。下のは現在の「定本」のマボット版。Thomas Ollive Mabbottはハリソンの10巻本に書き込みやメモはさみをしたそうで、だから、まあ、いっかみたいな。 "Media Mail" というのは聞いたことがなかったので調べてみると、USPSのサービスなのですね。"M Bag" とどう違うのだろうか。調べて報告します。

この日、モーリちゃんの父は、ノビノビになっていた図書館カードをもらいに、ひとりで大学へ行きました。なんのことはなく、Cal 1カードが図書館カードになるわけで、 “Does it work as a library card?” ときくと、 “It functions as a library card. It’s convenient, isn’t it, as it . . . .” みたいな答え。
もらった紙2枚を見ても、どこに何があるやらわからないので、入ってみました。中央の吹き抜けは螺旋状の階段になっていて、なかなかritualな感じのする空間になっていて気に入りました。
帰りのバスが例によってなかなか来ないので、テレグラフ通りのCody’s書店のあとを訪ねました。
Twenty nine years ago today, I drove down from my home in Sonoma County to become the owner of Cody's Books. That was July 9, 1977 and was exactly 21 years to the day after Fred and Pat Cody opened their first shop on Euclid Avenue. That was July 9, 1956. I was 30 years old. I believed at that time that Cody's was the greatest bookstore in the United States, although I couldn't exactly tell you why. I loved the wide range of literary paperbacks. I loved being on Telegraph Avenue, which was the heart and soul of the 60s counterculture and radical political currents. I loved the smell. I loved the informality and the democratic spirit of Cody's. This was no carriage trade bookstore. Our customers were a band of brothers involved in the world of ideas.I knew intuitively that the breadth of stock, its emphasis on literary, scholarly and academic titles and its location in the heart of America's most unique and intellectual community made the store special. Over the years we built on that tradition. The inventory grew from 35,000 to 150,000 titles. We brought in writers and poets on a daily basis. The great writers of the world visited us and read here. We even hosted presidents.The community didn't exactly embrace me at first. They were suspicious of the newbie. Comparing this callow 30- year-old to Fred would be cause for anyone's concern. Fred was the warmest, most human man you could ever meet. But he had a sort of Old Testament demeanor that gave off the feeling of absolute authority. I was just a young guy. For 20 years, I was referred to as the new owner of Cody's. I think I have finally outlived that moniker.The media have properly focused on Cody's great historic moment during the Rushdie Affair, when Cody's continued to sell The Satanic Verses after being bombed, even as the chains had pulled it from their shelves nationwide. I think the importance of this story is to acknowledge the true heroism of Cody's workers who agreed to risk their lives in support of the principle of freedom of speech. They have received very little glory for this; and, God knows, it brought them no financial gain. It was a quiet, yet heroic, act of commitment that deserves acknowledgement here and should be remembered for all time. Truthfully, the Cody's workers are heroes. They are heroes every day, not just on days when they risk their lives. They come to work and give their passion for literature as part of their job. Cody's greatness would be nothing without them.In the early 1980s it was becoming clear to me that we were entering into a period in which retail values were changing, that diversity and greatness of mind were being subordinated to mass marketing concerns. Increasingly independent bookstores, which thrived on uniqueness and quirkiness, found themselves at risk. Increasingly customers were becoming seduced by the allure of chain booksellers and, later, the Internet.Cody's resisted these trends, although, as business people, we had to make compromises to stay in business. In the 90s the world was becoming an information society and retailing came increasingly under the spell of the mass merchant. Branding became the buzzword of the day. Starbucks was the emblematic retailer of our time. Walmart was the largest business in the world.One would think in a society that puts so much emphasis on information that a store like Cody's on Telegraph would thrive. But people wanted a different kind of information that was provided by the Internet. They wanted it fast and often, they wanted it glib. Cody's was offering something that was a little deeper, a little slower, and increasingly less valued.It calls to mind the words of T. S. Eliot who wrote:
"Where is the wisdom
We have lost in Knowledge?
Where is the knowledge
We have lost in information?"
Today in our Internet-based culture, can we say that we are wiser or even smarter? Does the Internet teach us the meaning of life? We have instantaneous information, but is it better information? Is it information with a cultural context? With all the emphasis on computers in schools, are our children better educated? Do they understand the world better? Are they better equipped to cope with the future? Are they better citizens? Do they have a stronger sense of virtue?Information can be retrieved faster, but do any of us have more time? Do we have time to savor a great work, such as War and Peace? Do we have time to push ourselves through something as complex as Thomas Mann's Magic Mountain? Do we have time to consider the timeless truths of Aeschylus' Oresteia?We also know that American consumers have come to value uniformity and predictability over diversity. The transformation of communities and market places into formulaic Potemkin villages has ruined the cultural landscape of cities. The marketplace has been the center of community life since the time of the Greek Agora. It is being systematically undermined by chain stores and Internet commerce, which feed on communities without offering a vibrant communal life. It is so sad to see that cities throughout the country are losing their unique sense of place, that American cities are becoming one large Walnut Creek, filled with the predictable Bed & Bath, Barnes & Nobles, and the ubiquitous, soulless, main street-crushing Walmarts.The book business was increasingly influenced by the growing power of chain book stores and came to be seduced by the "blockbuster" at the expense of a more complex and balanced backlist. What had previously been a business where diversity was encouraged and celebrated also found itself obsessed with the fetish of publicity. Books became dominated by the media tie-in and the mass market. Great books that couldn't get the media hype were forgotten, left on the shelves and ultimately returned to the warehouses. At Cody's we resisted these trends. But in spite of this, we found that increasingly we were selling more media-driven best sellers and less of our wonderful wide ranging back list.And now as we come to the end of our 41-year journey on Telegraph Avenue, it has at last become clear to me the meaning of Cody's greatness. Excuse me again for quoting T. S. Eliot:
"We shall not cease from Exploration
And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time."
For all these 41 years, this store has been marching to the beat of a different drummer. We have believed in the life of the mind. We have extolled the greatness of the human spirit. We have celebrated the diversity of the human intellect.It is with great sadness that I must say that the world does not embrace these values today. And we can no longer keep this store open.To our loyal customers, who do embrace these values, I am sorry that we are letting you down. I truly wish that we could have kept this store alive for another 50 years. But we can't. There just aren't enough of you to make it work.I know that a day will come when the world will change again. And Americans will recognize that the fetish for branding, for predictability, for mass marketing is a sad and impoverishing myth, and that people will once again rediscover a richer world of ideas, and a store like Cody's at Telegraph, that thrived on that richness, will be reborn.
We will be true to our values at our other stores at Fourth Street and at Union Square. And I know that those of you who share our values will visit us there. But there will always be a place in my heart for this great store. I hope its memory will remain in your hearts as well.
はじめ、大手のチェーン書店によって、それからインターネットによって打撃を受け、時代は変わっていったと。こうして、テレグラフ通りにあった有名なCody’s のビルは、for saleの掲示がされて、通りから少しだけ奥まった前の空間では花屋が花を売っていました。しかし、あとで知ったのですけれども、Shattuck通りに店舗を移していたのでした。まあ、90年代後半にはホームページで店員たちの紹介とか元気そうにしていたわけで（もっとも顔写真を載せるというのは今はどこもやらないでしょうけれど）、インターネット憎し、などと言っていられるはずもないのでしょうけれども。

モリちゃんの父が早起きしてメールを開いたら、日本の学生のレイナさんからアドレス変更のメールがきていて、レイナさんは卒論で The Secret Gardenを扱うのだけれどAnnotated Editionが昨年出たことを最近知ったのを思い出してAmazonで調べて返事を書きました。

ついでに調べていたら、この注釈をつけたGretchen Holbrook Gerzina (たしかNorton版の編者の一人でもあったと思います）が2004年に書いた新しい伝記のページに、"Upgrade this book" という注意書きがあるのに初めて気付きました。

この日の午後3時ごろ、モリちゃんとモリちゃんの母が下のジムで汗を流しているあいだに、モリちゃんの父がひとりでいたうちにPRSTE MEDIA MAIL でPowell's Booksから本が届きました。土曜日はアパートの受付を通さないで、おじさんが勝手に（?）各棟まで入り込んで来て、個別に部屋をノックして荷物を運んでくれます。前の週末には、モリちゃんのおばあちゃんからの小包が日本から届いたのでした。この日も同じおじさんが置いて行きました。チャイムが鳴ったので、モリちゃんたちが呼びに来たのかなあ、とハーイ♪と言ってモリちゃんの父がドア穴をのぞくと去っていくおじさんの姿が。ドアを開けてサンキューと叫ぶと、むこうも気づいて、手を振り返しました。

この日午後2時54分にバークレーのTelegraph AvenueのMoe's Books でモーリちゃんの父がMちゃんに買ってあげた本。6ドル（古本）。

この本（元本）はProject Gutenbergでライトの挿絵つきでE-textになっていることを今知りました。http://www.gutenberg.org/files/10607/10607-h/10607-h.htm
スキャナーで黒紙をあてる余裕がないので裏写りしてしまっています。 1917年の初版刊行以来、いろんなかたちでリプリント版が出続けているようです。初版は熱い紙だったのだろうなあ、と思います。イラストはBlanche Fisher Wright という、たぶんアメリカ人です。彼女の挿絵で有名な本になったということだと思います。

とりあえず彼女の挿絵を載せた本がさらにGutenbergで出ているのに気づきました。

この日Mちゃんの父がバークレーにひとりで行ってMoe'sに寄って買った本。
Susan Cheever, American Bloomsbury: Louisa May Alcott, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Margeret Fuller, Nathaniel Hawthorne, and Henry David Thoreau: Their Lives, Their Loves, Their Work (New York: Simon and Schuster, 2006) 〔$15を9ドルで購入〕
たまたま『若草物語』の新版の序文を書くことになった著者が、少女時代以来ひさしぶりに『若草物語』を読み直して驚愕し、引き寄せられるようにソローやホーソンやエマソンやらとの交流について読みふけり、「アメリカ・ルネサンス」がこのコンコードを中心に起こったことを20世紀イギリスのブルームズベリー・グループになぞらえたのがタイトルの由来ですが、著者は学者じゃなくて小説家なので、全体は物語仕立てになっているようです（バスの中で頭の10数ページしか読んでいません）。それでも、巻末には典拠の注とか、文献リストとか索引とかついていて、アカデミックな装いがあります。

新刊。（実際は正方形の大型本です。）5月9日の夜にバークレーのCody's書店に著者（たち？）がやってきていたようです。副題が「20世紀初頭の芸術家と幻視家たち」で、パラパラとめくって次のようなページがあったので買いたくなりました。
Yehan Numata の話ですが、その前に、Cosmic Society をつくったキーラーについて。Charles Augustus Keeler (1871-1937)はウィスコンシン生まれですが、生まれてすぐに父を失い、母親が再婚した義父と3人で1875年にバークレーにやってきます。1887年にUCバークレーに入学しますが、病気のため退学、しかしサンフランシスコのCalifornia Academy of Sciences に職を得る。最初の著作、Evolution of Colors of North American Land Birdsを発表した1893年に、UCBで昆虫学を学んでいたLouise Mapes Bunnellと結婚、その後、彼女のお師匠さんやいろんな人がキーラーのまわりに集まるようになります。科学を学んでいたのですが、詩と演劇にキーラーは魅かれて行きます。最初の詩集が1894年のA Light Through the Storm。一方で、あちこちを旅行してまわり、John Muirと親交をもったりもする。Hill Clubをつくって、Bernard Maybeckらとシンプルな建築の理想をバークレーで展開する。Ruskin Club をつくって手工芸を実践する。奥さんのLouiseは1907年に亡くなってしまいますが、彼女がキーラーの詩集のイラストを描いています。1925年、世界宗教を理想とする著書An Epitome of Cosmic ReligionにもとづくFirst Berkeley Cosmic Societyを創設。
キーラーは神智学やスピリチュアリズムやクリスチャン・サイエンスには批判的だったようなのですが、東西の宗教の融合を唱えたところは神智学と重なるところがあるのかもしれません。ともかく宗教上の人種の差別を否定して、さまざまな宗教家に交流を呼びかけますが、そのなかに若いYehan Numataがいて、162ページに載っているのは沼田の返事です（UCBのBancroft LibraryにKeelerの資料は寄贈されてて、これもそのひとつであることがハンコからわかります。そんなまんなかに押さんでも、と思うのですが）。
沼田恵範（1897-1994) 〔たぶん正しくは沼田惠範〕については日本のウィキペディアに記述がありますが、1965年に仏教伝道協会を創設して、現在も世界中のホテルの部屋に置いてある『仏教聖典』の配布を始めた、三豊製作所の創業者です。日本のホテルにあるのは日英対照版だと思います。
沼田は浄土真宗の寺に生まれ、最初ハワイ（19歳で現地の小学校を卒業してるようです、もちろん日本でも小学校を出ているわけですが）に、そしてカリフォルニアに、布教のために派遣されます。そしてUCバークレーに入学。1923年、3年生のときに日本人学生の寮を含めてBerkeley Hillsの住宅が延焼する火事が起きたとき、近隣の家主たちはアジア系学生の住居を丘に再建することに反対して、丘には白人だけが住めるのだと主張します。沼田は学生のリーダーとしてたちあがり、バークレー市長に陳情して住居再建の認可を得ます。
父のあとは継がずに俗人として生きることに決めていた沼田でしたが、1925年7月にＰａｃｉｆｉｃ Ｗｏｒｌｄ 誌を創刊し、 "one great underlying force that is present in all men, that is Love" という信念に基づいて、東西融和のためにアジア文化を紹介する企画をはじめます。さっきの162ページからの引用写真の便せんの "The Pacific World" の下には "A bi-monthly English speaking magazine devoted to the true expression of the Orient and the Occident." と書かれています。「東洋と西洋の真の表現にむけられた隔月刊の英文雑誌」。「真の表現」とはなんなのか。その下には日本語で「大海 英文雑誌：東西文化ノ融和ヲ劃〔カクス〕」と、もっとふつうの表現で、書かれています。
沼田はこの雑誌を無料で全米に、そして世界に（インド、イギリス、ドイツ、セイロン、日本、フィリピン）送ります。宇宙協会からの誘いに対する返信はこの雑誌創刊後まもなくの、1925年の9月24日付のものです。支援者はいるのですが、雑誌の資金の援助はなかなか得られません。『大海 The Pacific World』は、数年で資金不足に陥り、休刊となります。沼田は大学院で経済学の学位をとり、日本に帰国しますが、援助・資金の不足によって企画が閉じてしまうことのないように、潤沢な資産を用意する覚悟をもつ。それがその後の三豊製作所の創業に、そして1965年の仏教伝道協会の創設につながっていくわけです。
かねて60年代のカウンターカルチャー、あるいはその前のビート・ジェネレーションの背景にあった精神性とか東洋文化志向とか神秘主義志向とかは、戦前にまでさかのぼれるし、とりわけカリフォルニアはそうだっただろうこと（つまりビートは東部にも中心のひとつはありますが、やっぱりサンフランシスコを中心として起こったわけですし、対抗文化のとりわけ神秘主義的な部分はカリフォルニアが少なくとも目立っていた――たとえば荒俣宏がちょっとルポふうに書いた昔の文章〔1〕が示すように――わけですが、土壌があっただろうということ）が、さまざまな団体の1920年代におけるカリフォルニアでの創設にうかがえると思っていたのですが〔2〕、ちょっと地縁で個別具体的に調べてみようかな、という気になりました。

The concept of bohemia, or a place of unconventional lifestyles, flooded the city of Berkeley at the turn of the century. It was a city of scholars, a crossroads of cultures and a magnet for visionaries. This unique combination of ingredients provided fertile ground for individuality, eccentricity and creative expression. Bohemians from Berkeley, with their Grecian architecture and flowing robes, imagined themselves in the Athens of the West. Because freethinking was welcome, Berkeley was a nurturing environment for the likes of Florence Boynton, who introduced natural living; John Muir, who led the ecology movement; and Charles Keeler, who founded the Cosmic Religion.
In Berkeley Bohemia, Herny, Rideout and Wadell provide glimpses into the lives of the artists, writers and philosophers who had a profound influence on what the city has become today. The artistic creations of novelist Jack London, photographers Ansel Adams and Dorothea Lange, architect Bernard Maybeck and writer and artist team Charles and Louise Keeler, to name a few, continue to inspire. Their words are imprinted in the sidewalks of Addison Street, their homes-such as the Hights-are open for tours; and the schools they founded continue to enlighten and educate despite the passing of time. Berkeley Bohemia is both a cultural history and a celebration of the extraordinary.
Ed Herny has served on the Board of Directors of the Berkeley Historical Society since its founding in 1978. He began studying and collecting the works of Charles and Louise Keeler several years earlier. He is president of the San Francisco Bay Area Post Card Club, an ephemerist and an "active student of history."
Shelley Rideout's fascination with history stems from childhood visits to family homes, looking through old photo albums and dressing up in vintage clothing she found in the attic. While working on a BA in Theatre Arts at Sonoma State University, she participated in the founding of the Women's Studies Program and co-taught a student sponsored class on Women in History. In 1993, she was awarded an MA in Museum Studies from San Francisco State University, where her focus was the curatorship of historic costume and textiles. She is an active member of the Costume Society of America and has served as the Western Region president. Upon moving to Berkeley in 2000, she joined the Berkeley Historical Society and has been a board member and a volunteer in the archives.
Katie Wadell first became interested in the Arts and Crafts movement when she visited the Gamble House in Pasadena, California, as a teenager. She earned a master's degree in American history from New York University in 2000, and later worked with the Berkeley Historical Society for five years. With Shelley and Ed, she co-curated the original "Berkeley Bohemians" exhibition in 2004. She now lives in Chicago with her husband, Jesus.

〔1〕 たしか『神秘学マニア』
〔2〕 たしかMax Heindelの薔薇十字団 (The Rosicrucian Fellowship) の結成はカリフォルニアだし、ハインデルの弟子のManly P. Hallが哲学探究教会をつくったのはロサンゼルスだった（これは1930年代か）。Herbert Spenser Luis が1925年にフロリダで創設した薔薇十字古代神秘教団 (Ancient Mystica Order Rosae Crucis = AMORC)は1927年にはカリフォルニアに移っている。薔薇十字と同時に作家のフィッツジェラルドが遺作のThe Last Tycoon で言及するI Am Cult も1929年にカリフォルニアで興っている。神智学協会のアメリカでの本拠地もこのころは大学（神智大と略して訳すとヘンだが――Theosophical University――）もあったカリフォルニアのPoint Lomaだったはずだ。

モーリちゃんの父が朝からBARTのホームページを見ていたら5月16日に追加されたBARTtv Newsで "Asian Pacific American Heritage Month Destination: Starr East Asian Library" と題して、図書館長の Dr. Peter Zhou のインタヴュー記事を載せて（流して）いた。 "the largest East Asian library in the American West” （アメリカ西部で最大の東アジア図書館）で、中・韓・日あわせて90万冊以上の蔵書をほほこる。ナレーターは "East and West meet in dramatic fashion at the new Starr East Asian Library, a BARTable destination." （バートで行ける、新しいスター東アジア図書館で東と西が劇的な出会いをする）と継いでいますが、例によって、というか、作家Rudyard Kiplingの有名な "East is East and West is West, and never the twain shall meet." ("The Ballad of East and West" [1895]) の変奏です。
UCBの図書館でチラシをもらったときには気がつかなかったのですが、大学のページも見てみると、2007年の秋に完成して、この春完全に一般利用できるかたちで公開されたようです。でも図書館自体は前からあったはず。
（カリフォルニア時間20日14時30分） 言葉が足らなかったので書き足します。ナレーターが言っているのはもちろん東洋と西洋*が出会うということです。キプリングもいちおうそういうことです。ただ館長の（アメリカの）「西部で最大の東亜の」という言葉を受けて言っているところがおしゃれ（笑）。
*アメリカは西洋なのか、というと西洋じゃないから「欧米か」という言葉があるのでしょう。１０年以上前から「環太平洋文化」という考え方が出ているように、むしろアメリカ、カナダも西海岸の方は東じゃなくて西のアジアのほうへ目を向けるまなざしが強い場合もあるのでしょうか。ともあれ、甘いりくつでいえば、旧世界でも東洋でもないアメリカ（のこの土地）において西と東が出会うという夢想もありうるのではないか。甘～♪ｗ

ということで、パソコンの時計を調整しました。実はまだカリフォルニア時間は30日の午後4時44分ですｗ
5月24日からUCバークレーの図書館の中心のBancroft Library が改築のために休館になりました。
さて、UCバークレーは大学が "webcast.berkeley" というページをつくって積極的にWWWでの広報(?)をこころがけているようです。
http://webcast.berkeley.edu/index.php ただ、公開されている授業 (courses) をみると理数や社経が多くて、文学関係はひとつもないようです（エライ、といいたい気もしますが）。あ、ビデオ (webcast) はないけど音だけの (podocast) だと2007-2008でシェークスピアがありますね。それで、文学関係ではむしろ Event Archive のほうで、2006年2月10日と11日にBancroft Library 100年を記念して催されたシンポジウムの記録(webcast) 、そして同じ Bancroft Library で恒例だった ”Lunch Poems" のシリーズの記録 (podcast) が中心、というかおもしろいです。あれ？ このEvent Archive のページに見えてるのは少なすぎますね。古いところでは詩人(兼シティ・ライツ書店店主）のローレンス・ファーリンゲティとかアミリ・バラカ（リロイ・ジョーンズ）とかが詩の朗読(古いのは映像はなくて音だけです。realplayerでかけても波模様が躍るだけ）をしていて、100周年シンポジウムのほうでは詩人のマイケル・マクルアが呼ばれてしゃべってます（やっぱりビートの色合いが北カリフォルニアは強くありますね）。

”ARTS" をクリックするとたくさんでてきます。「フィードの購読」って意味がわからなかったのですが、無料なんですね、どこが「購」読なのかわかりませんね。「よし買った！」みたいなノリなんでしょうか。
いちおう目のほうはrealplayer、耳（だけ）のほうはiTunesが規定（既定）になっているようで。realplayerが見られないかたは検索で・・・・・・あ、下の参考URLを見てください。

まあ、心理学（は理系かもしれませんが）や歴史学はともかく人文系の、とくに文学は抵抗あるんじゃないのかしら。少なくとも全授業というのはどうでしょ。
