シャタック通りに移ったCody's が、実はシャタックに店を開いたBarnes & Noble が1年続かずに閉店した後を追うかたちで閉店に追い込まれたことは皮肉で、"independents" も "chains" もどちらも苦しんでいる、と筆者は書きだします。でも、イーストベイにはまだまだいろいろな本屋さんが残っているぞと、ということで新本、古本の本屋さんの紹介です。

あれ、Other Horbit と Serendipity となんだっけ、カメのなんたらいう古本屋はどこへいったのだろう。ちょっと確認してから補足します。
